I can’t really comment on this right now, but we’re in the process of moving fanon pages to a brand new Fanon wiki known as “Neutral Characters Fanon Wiki”.

He's actually being proposed for IH as we speak.

If they had at least one genuinely villainous act, then they're a villain.

Even if it wasn't their intention, they endangered billions of people in the process, and attempted murder is a villainous act. Killing their strict father over school isn't justifiable.

Unfortunately, I don't play Danganronpa, despite knowing some of the story, to know how they could be scaled.

I think they're more of a villain since depending on the player's actions, they attempt to commit patricide by killing Father in the Fatal Ending. And in many of the endings, they endanger literally burning down everything, and even causes the house they live in to be on fire. And them being sent to a mental asylum and arrested isn't sympathetic, since they brought upon themselves for doing their crimes just to avoid school.

This wiki is too small for something like that, plus I’m not familiar with it.

Not at all. It’s a redundant category since every single character on this wiki is around that area.

Some of these characters would end up being added back onto Heroes or Villains Wiki if they were discussed to had been truly heroic or villainous in the future, like if a series is ongoing and they do something heroic or villainous.

I don’t think I’ll put characters in the background anymore, sadly.
