Formerly, Aiken Axler was a professional race car driver and singer. For a number of years, he drove as No. 28 for the Nitroade-sponsored squad in the Piston Cup Racing Series. According to Mater, Axler is a champion and has several top 10 finishes. He won the Vitoline Rookie of the Year award in 2003, his rookie season.
Axler is a member of the alternative country jazz combo Three Cycle in addition to his racing career. The group's performance in the 2004 Piston Cup awards ceremony suggests that they are somewhat well-liked, according to the Car Finder Game.

Biography[]
In 2003, Aiken made his Piston Cup debut as the No. 28 Nitroade-sponsored vehicle. He received Vitoline's "Rookie of the Year" award after this season. He finished 12th, 7th, and 8th in the final point standings in the seasons that followed. Due to his retirement, Aiken appears to have left the circuit between the events of Cars and Cars 3, as Phil Tankson takes his position at the start of the latter movie. Furthermore, he might not have participated in the 2006 season because No. 52 Joltsen is portrayed in Cars: The Videogame as the driver sponsored by Nitroade. He founded Three Cycle, a musical trio, with fellow racer Darrel Draggered. They performed at the Piston Cup awards event in 2004.
At the beginning of Cars, Aiken is one of 36 Piston Cup drivers vying for the Dinoco 400 championship. Aiken sustains minor injuries after being slammed by Johnny Blamer and maybe Ryan Shields at the beginning of the race after getting caught up in a multi-car collision caused by Chick Hicks. But his pit crew immediately blows him out, allowing him to continue, starting the official restart in third place. Over the last 100 laps, Aiken holds his lead and finishes in fifth place, behind Kevin Shiftright and tied winners Lightning McQueen, The King, and Chick Hicks.

Among Lux Motors' companies is Aiken Axler. Piston Cup Spec V8 with racing tires made by Lightyear. With 605 horsepower, the Aiken can reach a top speed of 190 mph (305 km/h). He has blue eyes. His livery is black with white bars encircling orange flame graphics on his sides. He has the number 28 painted on his sides and roof, and the Nitroade insignia appears on his hood and rear end. In addition to an orange spoiler and black rims, he has stickers that mimic headlights, one of which has the number 28 on it. The 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo NASCAR served as the model for Aiken. He is wearing a simple black livery and takes off his Nitroade decals while meditating.
