Alistair is the deuteragonist of the 2023 Halloween event in the Roblox game Tower Heroes and the overarching protagonist of its 2024 sequel event.

Why aren't they heroic or villainous?

• He is too enigmatic and his ultimate goal, if any, is unknown.
• He is somewhat insufficiently characterized due to having little to no dialogue.
• The Spirit King's description mentions that he returned to take revenge on Alistair. The reason for this is unknown.

Biography

2023 Halloween Event

During the event, Alistair could be seen in the lobby. The player is given 16 contracts to find for unknown reasons. When all 16 contracts are found, Alistair becomes "playable" in the form of a skin, called “Family Business”, for Lure, a tower unlocked in the Halloween events.

Alistair has 4 children, Chomps, Alvin, Deeds and Vanessa, as shown in his skin.

2024 Halloween Event

In the 2024 sequel event, Alistair, along with Chomps, Alvin and Deeds, are kidnapped and trapped in paintings by the Spirit King. His daughter, Vanessa, works with the heroes to save them. At contracts tier III, Alistair's painting can be seen next to Vannesa in the lobby and, at contracts tier IV, Alistair will be freed.

Appearance

Alistair appears as a white figure with a crescent shaped face. He dons a formal attire, wearing a black suit and a red tie.

Trivia

• Alistair is often compared to the Devil from Cuphead, likely due to both characters sending the player to hunt for contracts. Since the game often references and sometimes collaborates with indie games, this is likely intentional. However, unlike the Devil, Alistair is not a true villain.
• Alistair was first teased on 07/17/2022 on Pixel-bit discord server, although the teaser has Alistair originally covered in blood.
  • Alistair is also confirmed to be divorced (Which was confirmed by Hiloh in the Q&A in 2024). (citation needed)
