Ann Codman is a minor character in the Post-apocalyptic, Action and Adventure Video Game, Fallout 4. She is part of the wealthy Codman Family that reside within the upper stands in Diamond city. She is an arrogant and stuck-up woman that looks down on the poorer population in the city.
Appearance[]
Ann Codman presents herself with a haughty, high-class appearance. She is an older Caucasian woman with a clean face that she has wrinkle-free with plastic surgery. She has blue eyes and blonde hair that is kept in the style of a Parisian bob.
She wears a formal long-sleeved, clean grey suit that has a white shirt underneath, a black tie with thin white lines, black shoes and a white handkerchief.
Personality[]
Ann Codman is a haughty, arrogant, and snobby Elitists that perceives anyone with a lack of wealth as beneath her. She is known for her egotism and her condescending attitude towards the other residents of Diamond City, having no problem insulting anyone she deems as lesser.
Story[]
Background[]
Ann Codman was born somewhere in the Commonwealth in an unknown year, but long after the Great War. She would in her later life marry the wealthy Clarence Codman and become a part of the Codman Family. She would gain many privileges such as having a large amount of wealth and also being able to live in the upper stands within Diamond City.
Fallout 4[]
Ann Codman is seen getting her hair done at Kathy & John's Super Salon. After it is finished, she will walk back to her home in the upper stands. When she is interacted with, she will begin to insult you as she believes that you’re one of the "poor and stupid" of Diamond City and just another beggar.

Ann Codman will reinstate that the two types of people in Diamond City are the ones in the upper stand and everything which she believes is beneath them.
Who Are You?[]
Upon hearing this question, she will reinstate her position but only arrogantly call you unimportant for not knowing her.
Bitch[]
She will pretend as though she didn’t hear you and then leave the conversation.
Sarcastic[]
The player will say, “Wow. There are no words.” Ann says she doesn’t appreciate the player’s tone, and that you should run along before she calls security. The player can give a sarcastic comment for the second time, saying, “And miss basking your delightful personality?” Ann says she’s done talking to you and leaves.
