The Barroth are a species that are from the science fantasy videogame, Monster Hunter 3.
Why aren’t they heroic or villainous?[]
- They are mainly minding their own business until the hunter comes.
Physiology[]
A massive, bipedal creature that belongs to the Brute Wyvern class is called Barroth. It is distinguished by the enormous crown structure, which houses its nostrils, on top of its head. Rigid plates all over its body shield it from the abrasive desert climate. Barroth has two little red eyes and a large mouth full of long, peg-like fangs.
Abilities[]
Barroth may injure every living creature that gets in its way and stomp across the surroundings with its hefty head acting as a plow. Barroth may spend the hot desert days almost entirely submerged in the cold mud due to the position of its nostrils on top of its skull.
Behavior[]
Every now and again, it rolls in mud and dirt to get some relief from the scorching desert heat. Barroth is calm by nature, but when agitated, he is quite protective. It will roar in warning at first. If that doesn't work, it will keep attacking until the threat is eliminated. It is known to prey on the inhabitants of Altaroth nests by attacking them, since it is an insectivore.
Habitat[]
Due to their special adaptation to a scorching desert environment, barrows are nearly solely found in areas like the Sandy Plains, Wildspire Waste, Dunes, and Trese Desert. Despite all of this, they occasionally turn up in colder places, such as the Deserted Island.
