A minor character in Minions is the bear. The bear murdered the caveman when the Minions handed it a fly swatter to kill it.

Biography

Minions

When we first encounter the bear, it is staring at the caveman. It shouted at him then. The minions handed the caveman a fly swatter instead of the primordial weapon he had taken to kill it. The bear attacked and devoured the caveman after he struck it with the fly swatter many times. The minions were horrified to learn of their boss's murder. They cried out in terror and pretended to be oblivious to the incident as they started seeking for a new leader.

In the scene after the credits, Bob used a fish on a fishing pole to entice the bear from the beginning onto the stage, frightening Kevin and Stuart in the process. After Bob strokes it and it finishes eating the fish, the bear spots the caveman with his club and flees.

Appearance

With its dark brown hair, blackish brown nose, dark reddish purple gums, and yellow teeth, the bear resembles a cave bear.
