Bernie Kropp is a minor character in The Incredibles. He's Dash Parr's school teacher.
He is voiced by Lou Romano.
Biography[]
When Dash Parr pranked Mr. Kropp by putting a thumbtack on his chair before he could sit, he sent Dash to the principal’s office, knowing that it was Dash by making a record about the prank, yet unaware of his superpowers.
When Helen went to the school to pick Dash up, she witnessed that Dash was sent the principal’s office again. Bernie showed her the record, but the principal dismissed Dash and his mother.
