Bikini is a minor character in Dragon Ball. She is a member of the Brief family who lives in Capsule Corporation, being Bulma's mother and the grandmother of Trunks and Bulla.
Biography[]
Bikini is the housekeeper of the Brief family. She is a wealthy and elegant women who has a beautiful appearance and ofently wears fancy dresses. She is shown to be kind with people who visits her house, offering them drinks, although she also is very carefree and somewhat neglected. Since in her first appearance she almost crushes Bulma while she was using a gadget to shrink her size and sometimes thinks on search a new boyfriend.
Bikini, like her husband, has very little perception of danger, as when King Piccolo decided to destroy the region where their home is she and Dr. Brief were preparing their transfer very slowly even despite that the would be killed inmediatly.
In Dragon Ball Z, is shown that she likes to water her flowers and loves to eat cakes. She was pleased to meet Vegeta by the first time and was happy to see Trunks growing up. She was killed in two ocasions, first when Majin Buu killed all the earthlings and then when Frieza destroyed Earth, but in both ocasions she was revived.
Why She Isn't Heroic or Villainous?[]
- While she is a nice person with her family and the Dragon Team, she only does small acts of kindness without having any participation in the conflicts of the series.
- Although she is somewhat egotist, being very neglectful with her family, showing little love to her husband and valuing more her luxuries, she is still remotely far from being evil.
Trivia[]
- During the history of Dragon Ball she doesn't seem to be affected by the passage of time. Since she retained her 30-40 years old appearance over 33 years, from Age 750 in the classic Dragon Ball to Age 793 in Dragon Ball Super, although her real age wasn't revealed. However, in Dragon Ball GT she didn't made a physical appearance, when Bulma was in her 50's and Trunks in his 20's, assuming that she could have died for natural causes.
