Bilious Hale was a minor character from the Team Fortress franchise.

Biography[]
Bilious was born in the 19th century. His father Barnabus Hale was the CEO of Mann Co. and would give control to Bilious in the early 1900s. During a fatal mineshaft collapse, which resulted in of fourteen workers being killed, Bilious was able to escape by punching it open, gaining him more fame from the press. In 1922, He shut down the coal mine and coal-powered munitions factory after it open for 50 years. However, one of the rooms was left as a "historic storage closet" under the reasoning that the objects left in it were not needed at the time, but kept it for a future time for when they may be.
