Blango is a fanged beast that appears in the science fantasy vodeo game Monster Hunter 2.
Physiology[]
A brilliant red-faced, ape-like monster with white fur. Under its coat, the skin is a drab shade of purple. A cross between a Japanese macaque and a mandrill, it seems.
Abilities[]
It can stalk the rock and ice above or burrow beneath the snow to wait for prey. It is common for Blangos to hunt in packs. while led by a Blangonga, Blango will battle fiercely even though they are weak while fighting alone. The Blangos will also go into wrath mode if the Blangonga does, and they will fling ice chunks at hunters, which can result in the Snowman status. Whether or whether they are accompanied by a Blangonga, Blangos in Monster Hunter Generations can throw chunks of ice.
