Not much is known about him due to his limited participation, but he seems to be very boring.

Don't Kiss Me I'm Scared[]
He appears next to Yelllowy and Beavery sitting, until Mr. Boxy appears and teaches them, until a nightmare of Beavery arrives, and Blue Guy does not appear again until the end where Beavery wakes up from his nightmare and sees Yelllowy and Blue Guy.
