The Bombadgy is a fanged beast that appears in the science fantasy videogame Monster Hunter Rise. It is a small and weak monster that inhabits the Shrine Ruins, defending itself by excreting explosive gases from its body. As it's relatively harmless, hunters only hunt them to collect certain materials, with many people also considering them rather cute too.
Physiology[]
Bombadgy resembles an obese raccoon dog with long, tendril-like eyebrows and gray, flabby skin. Three ragged rows run along its back, with one row on each side of its torso. It has scaled legs with extended claws that finish in five digits.
Abilities and Behavior[]
Only when provoked will the Bombadgy launch an attack. Despite this, they will growl and bark at the creature in the area until it is attacked or left alone, and they do not back down from possible conflicts. Many combustible gases are carried inside the Bombadgy's body, which it uses for self-defense. This monster is a real living bomb because the gas it exhales will detonate.
Habitat[]
So far, the Bombadgy has only been sighted in the Shrine Ruins, where it inhabits small patches of open grassland.
