Monsters University features a character named Carla Delgado. Her skin is pink, and she resembles an octopus. Carla is a sorority member of Slugma Slugma Kappa.

Throughout Monsters University, Carla makes a few fleeting cameos.
At the JOX fraternity house, Carla makes her debut at the inaugural celebration. She and her sorority are always spotted together, demonstrating the value of their collaboration. At the Scare Games' Toxicity challenge start line, she can be seen giving her sisters one final motivational speech. In the second event of the Scare Games, ΣΣK had almost defeated Oozma Kappa, but Carla and her squad lost when the Librarian captured them and threw them into the river.
