Neutrals that don't play fair, thus resorting to cheating to win. They generally don't care about the rules and use various cheap tactics to their advantage.

Due to their nature, it is difficult for a cheater to also be a honorable Neutral, unless they display a noble trait, such as keeping a promise, respecting someone's memory, displaying gratitude, and/or being merciful.
