Neutrals who speak their mind about what's best for everyone and they are often the most sensible people around since they try their best to keep the group from getting too reckless.

They are typically level-headed and want to avoid unnecessary confrontation. This may be hard for them, especially if they're dealing with people who are hard to reason with (or at worst can't be reasoned with), but they'll eventually figure it out by talking things over smoothly or finding ways to reasonably diffuse a situation.

These neutrals are usually the only sane member in a group of Hotheads, Blowhards, Egomaniacs, Lunatics (as well as Madmen), Naifs, Paranoiacs, Dimwits and otherwise misguided people who don't know what they're doing despite their beliefs.
