Celine is the one who sells vehicle parts in the Marché Aux Pièces in Paris, and her eyes are on the headlights. She gives out a frightening vibe to Mater as he walks into her stall.

- The figure alludes to John Lasseter's opinion that it was more visually attractive for automobiles to have their eyes on their windshields rather than in their headlights, which is the usual place for anthropomorphized vehicles like those seen in Chevron commercials.
- Throughout the whole Cars series, she is the only character to have eyes in her headlights.
- Her license plate is CUR 10 SIT3, as shown in her Mattel die-cast edition. The French word "curiosité" (which means "curiosity") perfectly describes Celine.
- In contrast to the other Cars vehicles, Celine's windows are completely transparent, revealing her interior, which includes dashboard, steering wheel, seats, and a rearview mirror—all of which are real-world components. (But the windows on her die-cast are totally opaque.)
- An Alfa Romeo Spider 1600 from 1966 served as the model for Celine.
- It looks that Celine's style was inspired by a hard-top rené bonnet.
