In Cars, Chief Chick is the head of Chick Hicks' crew. Chief Chick oversees Chick's team for both Piston Cup races in Cars.
Biography[]
Chief Chick first appears in the movie at the Motor Speedway of the South, where he watches Chick race and gives him tips. He also keeps an eye on Wide Chick Pitty and Bruiser Bukowski, two other members of Chick Hicks' pit crew squad, to ensure they are staying focused.
Later, in an attempt to win the race, he commands Chick once more when he shows up in the tie-breaker race in Los Angeles. The fact that Guido is the only tire changer that McQueen brought to the race makes Chief Chick and Chick's pitties laugh after he spun out in the infield, which Chick actually caused. However, they are shocked when Guido makes one of the fastest pit stops in Piston Cup history.

The 200 1/2-ton truck Chief Chick is a model that is quite similar to a 1999–2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (GMT800) Regular Cab, except that it lacks the horizontal grille bar and has headlights from a 1992–1997 Ford F-Series. He has a green paint job, yellow rims, and the Chick Hicks insignia on his hood and doors. His V8 engine is 5.7L.
Personality[]
When Chick places lower than first, he acts cruelly toward him. Furthermore, he might be just as impolite as Chick because he scoffed at McQueen when he expressed interest in joining Rust-eze as a racer.
