Charles "Chuck" Armstrong is a minor character from Cars. He is a racer who takes a severe beating that causes him to be pulled from the race.
He was voiced by the late Jack Angel.
Why aren't they heroic or villainous?[]
- He's far too minor of a character and only gets one line of dialog.
Biography[]
When Chuck was racing along side other racers like Lightning McQueen, Strip Weathers and Chick Hicks just to name a few, He is sent flying and suffers severe physical damage, mangling his body and causing him to be pulled out of the race, much to his own protest.
Appearance[]
Chuck is a dark Blue Colour with black wheels and blue eyes. he has a Mood Springs sticker on his hood and fenders. He has the number 33. After crashing his body is badly mutilation with his body being mis shaped as well as having a twisted month and being unable to open his right eye.
