• He does not show to be villainous at all, let alone do enough heroic actions to be considered as a villain.

Biography

The Clinically Depressed Engineer works for RED and has no job and parts to make his machines, in which he would use Spies in which are deemed useless. He has achieved nothing at all and has lost his hard hat and grown out his grizzled growth.

In the end, he gets cruelly mocked my multiple members from the BLU Team.

Personality

As the name suggests, The Clinically Depressed Engineer is Clinically Depressed. He has no self-esteem, no confidence and hope other than hoping not to run out of booze. He also mentions that when Spies don't work despite not having parts to make machines, he says that he will just give up as the Spies just snorts and stares at people, thus just gives up anyway.
