Crusty Rotor is a race car that had competed for the Vinyl Toupee squad in the Piston Cup. He is a pinkish purple Stodgey Suaver EX with the Vinyl Toupee emblem on his hood and the number 76 emblazoned on his roof and doors. On his roof, he dons a black toupee. He retired in between the events of Cars and Cars 3, and Rev Roadages took his place.
Why aren't they heroic or villainous?[]
- All he did is just racing and he played it fairly.
Biography[]
In Cars, Crusty competes in the Dinoco 400 at the Motor Speedway of the South against a number of other drivers, including Chick Hicks, The King, and Lightning McQueen. In the massive collision that Chick Hicks produced, he lost one of his tires as his tire bounced down the track like a kickball after spinning out and colliding with Ryan Shields. It does not, however, cause him any significant harm. Rev Roadrages took Crusty's place in the Vinyl Toupee crew after he was sacked or retired between the events of Cars and Cars 3.
