The Daimyo Hermitaur are a species that are from the science fantasy videogame, Monster Hunter 2.
Why aren't they heroic or villainous?[]
Physiology[]
Daimyo Hermitaur's body is like that of a huge crab. Wearing the head of a Monoblos as a protective shell, it is coated with a red and white carapace. It features lengthy antennae and wide, shield-like claws.
Abilities[]
Along with the Monoblos, it may dig into the ground to strike enemies from below while using its claws as shields against oncoming attacks. Along with using its enormous weight to crush opponents, it can launch pressurized water jets.
Behavior[]
When there are hunters within a few feet in front of the Daimyo Hermitaur, it may be a very obliging beast.
Habitat[]
The Old Desert and the Jungle are examples of tropical to subtropical regions with sand and water that it favors.
