Biography

Head was the bar tender at the pub that Richie, Eddie, and Spudgun and Dave Hedgehog go to drink. He also has a man in is employ only known as Skull Crusher to deal with those who don't pay. He also has a niece named Veronica.

Personality

Dick seems exhausted and tired of Richie and Eddie and has no patience for either of them.
