Disappearing Guy is a minor reoccurring character that appears in Glitch Productions' adult animated dark comedy/surreal web series The Amazing Digital Circus. He is a Mannequin NPC that akin to his name, instantly disappears after saying a few words.
He is voiced by JobbyTheHong.
Why Isn't He Heroic Or Villainous?[]
- He has very little screen-time, with only three appearances. And he only exists as a joke character.
- While from what we've seen from him he seems quite friendly saying hello to other circus members before disappearing, this is just normal standard kindness.
Biography[]
Disappearing Guy first appears in a bar with the six humans, he attempts to order a drink, only to immediately disappear. He appears later during the humans' softball game against the Evil Big Tops to sing The Star-Spangled Banner. Once again, he disappears immediately after starting to sing.
Following Jax's falling out with Pomni in the following episode, Jax retreats to the bathrooms at the Favourite Character Awards and begins to have a mental breakdown, almost abstracting. After he calms himself a little, Disappearing Guy breaks the tension by emerging from the stall behind Jax, greeting him and immediately disappearing.
Personality[]
Disappearing Guy, from the less than a second we see of him before he disappears, appears to be a well-mannered and friendly individual who greets people politely. Other than this, nothing is really known about him, as he is nothing more than being shown as a comedic running gag.

- Disappearing Guy is the only non-antagonistic character from outside the main cast with a plush. Corresponding with his gimmick, Disappearing Guy's plush is currently the only one available for a limited time.
