Flacco was a deuteragonist from the 1990s Australian Sitcom DAAS Kapital.
He was portrayed by Paul Livingston.
Biography[]
Series 1[]
Flacco is first seen acting as Richard's Fairy God Fish helping Richard go to the Rhino Ball. in the later episodes he is seen in some kind of box that Paul thinks is his Birthday present. Unfortunately he is seemingly trapped in the box. Though this is dubious as in Pride he accidently teleports on to a Piece of fish that Richard is eating and get swallow whole. In the following episode he is set free when Paul rubs the box. He then makes Richard Tim and Paul become imprisoned in the box, only to be tricked into letting them out again.

Personality[]
His personality is rather inconsistent as sometimes he can be an ally to Paul, Tim and Richard but at other points throughout the show. However he does possibly have some odd quarks especially round Ross the Cockroach.
Relationship with Paul[]
Paul thinks of Flacco as an annoying pest and wants nothing to do with him.
