Floyd Mulvihill is a race car that used to drive the number 70 for the Gasprin team in the Piston Cup Racing Series.
Why aren't they heroic or villainous?[]

Biography[]
After training as an automobile engineer, Floyd Mulvihill chose to put his tools down and follow his lifelong love of racing. He advanced to the Piston Cup in 2004 after competing in the Junior Piston Cup Pro Series alongside players like Sage VanDerSpin.
Floyd participates in the Dinoco 400, the last race of the Piston Cup season, at the Motor Speedway of the South. He and Rusty Cornfuel were passed by Lightning McQueen during the race when he used a tilt method to go by Floyd and the wall. Both were shocked by the method he employed. He later participated in an accident involving nearly all of the contestants that Chick Hicks started, in which he ran into Slider Petrolski. He managed to finish the race, though, and didn't sustain any serious injuries.
Floyd continues to compete in the Piston Cup in Cars 3. But when Jackson Storm made his debut in the middle of the season, Next-Gen racers became more interested because of their superior track records. The Next-Gen Gasprin racer Richie Gunzit took Floyd's place after he retired.
Appearance[]
Floyd is a Stodgey Suaver EX in Cars. Although he was introduced as Stodgey Suaver EX in most of his appearances, including Cars, his model was altered to Capitol Motors Mark II in Cars 3. Lightyear racing tires are used on the stock vehicle. He has blue eyes. His sides and cabin were yellow, while his front and boot were blue. His roof and sides were adorned with the blue number 70. He had the Gasprin logo on the back of his sides and on his hood. He was wearing a yellow sticker that looked like lights. He wore dark gray hubcaps. He mysteriously received a whole different design in Cars 3, a Capitol Motors Mark II with a blue roof and an updated Gasprin emblem.
