Foxy Loxy is the secondary antagonist of Disney's 46th full-length feature Chicken Little.
She is voiced by Amy Sedaris.
Biography
Foxy and her friend are first seen during "One Little Slip", where she and Goosey Loosey throw acorns at Chicken Little as they try to catch up to the bus. She later appears at a location where she is marked as attending Mr. Woolensworth's class and later at dodgeball. However, Little confronts Foxy and her companion Goosey, who bully him and have him shoot at the window, causing him to accidentally set off the fire alarm and get into trouble.
When Chicken Little checks out during a baseball game, Foxy wins countless times while Little trains hard, successfully defeating Foxy, making Little proud of himself. Later, when Chicken Little discovers an unusual UFO on Earth despite having seen it and tells the citizens that they don't believe him, Foxy tells Little's father, Buck Cluck, that no one blames him, just as the citizens leave. When the aliens attack Oakey Oaks the next day, Foxy and Goosey attack the alien robot with rocks. Foxy is transported to their capture chamber seconds later, and when Chicken Little and Buck Cluck are sent there, they find her apparently so terrified that she's sucking her thumb and clutching her tail like a blanket after being captured by the aliens.
A glitch in the reconstitution causes her personality to change to a much sweeter and gentler one as her brainwaves become slightly encrypted upon restoration (the aliens offer to turn her back to normal, but she and Runt seem to prefer it that way, so they they refuse it and she stays that way). Foxy seems to be fully aware that her mind has been altered and she still seems to remember everything, but she doesn't want to go back. Foxy later appears to have become Runt's girlfriend and is last seen dancing with Runt during the end credits, again accompanied by her friend Goosey Loosey.
