Fred, also known as Incidental 1 is a major character in SpongeBob SquarePants. He makes his first appearance in "Reef Blower".
He is voiced by Mr. Lawrence, who also voiced the Customer in the same series.
Why aren't they heroic or villainous?
Appearance
Fred is a brown grouper with light tan fins and black eyes. He wears brown pants and a black belt with a gold belt buckle. He also has visible nostrils.
