Him informing Gru about Dru, taking the Gru family to Freedonia and later showing Lucy and the girls around Freedonia amounts to him being a bog-standard "nice guy" and is not enough for him to be considered a hero.
Biography[]
He first appears when the minions crowd him and when he asked them for Gru’s address, they furiously tell him they abandoned him, even though he didn’t understand what they were saying. The next morning, he arrives at Gru's house, but Gru tells him to go away and attaches him to a rocket which bombs him. Fritz then returns and tells Gru about Dru, his twin brother. When the Gru family arrives in Freedonia, Edith pranks Fritz by putting a piece of paper on his back saying kick me, resulting in him being kicked by two minions. He is later seen throughout the film, including when he tells Lucy and the girls about the Freedonian Cheese Festival.
Personality[]
Fritz is generally very nice to people and serves them well, despite having to deal with the mischievous pranks of Edith, who constantly treats him like a punching bag. He rarely has important roles as his purpose is to simply serve the characters loyally and try to satisfy everyone.
