Furious Rajang are a type of Fanged Beast that first appear in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. They are a variant of the Rajang that, thanks to losing their tails via different causes, are unable to turn off their Rage Mode, leaving them constantly empowered with electricity. Being even more aggressive and powerful than regular Rajang, to the point of being able to go toe-to-toe with most Elder Dragons, Furious Rajang are hunted whenever they're spotted to prevent destruction and casualties in the area.
Physiology[]
In order to effectively utilize its powers, Furious Rajang, a typical Rajang, has grown incredibly strong and lost its tail, either by pulling it off itself or by letting it fall off naturally. By default, the appearance of furious Rajang is similar to that of an angry Rajang. When it is in Rage mode, its fur springs up and an electric aura clearly electrifies it.
Behavior and Abilities[]
Furious Rajang, whose normal state is comparable to that of a normal Rajang's wrath Mode, is an incredibly violent monster whose wrath greatly exceeds even that of its infamously ill-tempered normal variation. It has more power, speed, and ferocity than usual, and it can utilize a variety of new thunder attacks, including a ground smash that produces electrifying shockwaves in front of it and a volley of electric balls that it shoots into the air. Due to their lack of tails, Furious Rajang must be struck in the skull rather than the tail to stop them from going into a frenzy.
