Hal is a supporting character in Disney•Pixar's 2008 animated feature film WALL-E. He is WALL-E's pet cockroach and only friend and companion before EVE's arrival to Earth.
He just serves as an obedient pet to the main hero WALL-E, which is too far from heroism.
Biography[]
Hal serves as WALL-E's companion on occasion and was ordered by WALL-E to remain on earth when the robot left the planet for most of the movie. After the Axiom landed on Earth, Hal quickly approached the broken WALL-E and EVE and returned to WALL-E's transport vehicle.
Personality[]
Hal is WALL-E's obedient friend and pet on Earth, with an appetite for Kremies and extreme physical resilience.
