Introduced in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Hallowed Jhen Mohran is a Subspecies of Jhen Mohran and an Elder Dragon.

Physiology[]

The common species is a little smaller than this subspecies. In addition, its body is covered in a deep violet mineral, which contrasts with the Jhen Mohran's sandy skin.

Abilities[]

Compared to the typical Jhen Mohran, this subspecies is even more powerful and formidable. Compared to the common species, it can both tolerate and inflict more damage.

Behavior[]

Despite being a generally peaceful creature, Hallowed Jhen Mohran has been known to strike back at Desert/Dragon Ships because they perceive them as possible competitors.

Habitat[]

It lives in the Great Desert and is fought similarly to the normal Jhen Mohran, albeit the subspecies' movements and attack sequence is entirely different.
