The Izuchi are Bird Wyverns that are first seen in Monster Hunter Rise.
Why aren't they heroic or villainous?[]
Physiology[]
Izuchi looks like a generic dinosaur. It has a brownish red coat with white fur patches on the head, back, and tail, the latter of which culminates in a sickle-like blade, and pale yellow lines running the length of the body.
Abilities and Behavior[]
To assault and climb trees, mainly in search of fruit, izuchi use their tail. Since Izuchi is an omnivore, it consumes a wide range of foods. The Great Izuchi leads herds of Izuchis, which typically consist of two males. The two male Great Izuchi help hunt game and protect territory because they are the strongest fighters. Great Izuchi will summon another Izuchi to help it if one falls. The fierce creatures known as Izuchi are devoted to their group and will attack anyone who tries to enter.
