Jackie Wilson is a recurring character in The Amazing World of Gumball.
She is the mother of Tobias Wilson and Rachel, and the wife of Harold Wilson. She has made numerous cameos throughout the series. Her first major role was in "The Mothers."
She is voiced by Teresa Gallagher.
Why isn't she heroic or villainous?[]
- She only does one villainous act that everyone in the town did except for the Wattersons in "The Pizza", and her cheating in "The Mothers" isn’t even a real crime, considering that it wasn’t for a national competition and it was to make Tobias look cool, which makes her a jerk and not a villain.
Biography[]
Her first major role was in "The Mothers." where she and Tobias do cheating to win the competition, they are discovered when Jackie drinks a bottle of hot sauce and Gumball impressed testing the sauce and discovered that is ketchup, and Gumball points out to Tobias and his mother that they were cheating all this time, and were disqualified. Tobias even rips his Mother’s Day card and glares at his mother in disappointment.
In the episode, "The Pizza", while the Wattersons were searching for Larry to apologize to him in an apocalyptic town of Elmore, Jackie is one of the twisted citizens that prepare to attack the Wattersons, but was quickly defeated by Nicole.
Appearance[]
She shares numerous traits with Tobias and Rachel; her lips are purple, and her eyes look like those of Tobias. Her skin is colored chartreuse, and her hair fades from light blue, to deep blue, to purple, to magenta. Her shirt is violet-red, and her pants are purple. She wears green wrist bands and green socks. She also wears violet-red shoes and a green and white striped headband with green earrings. Starting from Season 2, her shirt has no sleeves, the shadow under her body is lightened, and she has gained eyebrows, and has dark shades on her shoes.

- Her name was revealed to be "Jackie" in a summary for "The Mothers."
- She, along with Ocho, has had a major role before a speaking role, unless one counts "The Party," where she did speak, but only a shadow of her appeared.
- Unusually, she debuts in the show before her son does, unless one counts the early reel. Tobias debuts in "The Third," while Jackie debuts in "The DVD."
