The Jagras are Fanged Wyverns that have appeared in Monster Hunter: World.
Members of the Great Jagras pack, these creatures will run away if they witness one of their own being killed. They also have a reputation for unexpectedly ambushing larger creatures. There have been reports of Jagras living in the Guiding Lands and the Ancient Forest.
Physiology[]
In contrast to Great Jagras, Jagras are little and slender. Because of their wolf-like body form, they can move swiftly and stand upright for brief periods of time. Jagras have a blue underside and light green scales with reddish and blue stripes all over their body.
Behavior and Abilities[]
In an instant, Jagras will swarm around their leader, the Great Jagras, and swarm potential prey. There have even been reports of injured Anjanath being attacked by Jagras packs. Despite their audacity, Jagras will run to the trees if they come across a bigger monster. Raw meat left by the hunter attracts jagras. If a big monster is nearby, jagras will hide in the trees. However, Jagras packs will attack large creatures that are knocked down.
