Kim Nam-du (Korean: 김남두), also known as Player 444 is a minor character of the Netflix's K-drama Squid Game. He was a contestant in the 37th Squid Game.

He was portrayed by Jo Hyun-woo.

Why isn't He Heroic or Villainous?[]

He got very little screen time and has done nothing heroic or villainous during that time. He was one of the players trying to survive.

Trivia[]

  • Kim Nam-du shares similarities with Oh Yeong-uk from Season 1, both died in red light, green light and both got shot in the leg and managed to survive before getting shot again and dying.
  • It's unknown if Nam-du would be able to continue or not if he didn't got killed by Kang No-eul, since he technically did got eliminated, only live because the soldiers intentionally shot him non-fatally to harvest his organ, with Gi-hun and Hyun-ju helping him pass the game being something they didn't expect to happens.
