Klaus Kickenklober is a minor antagonist from the movie Sing 2.

Biography[]

In Redshore City, Johnny is taught by renowned choreographer Klaus Kickenklober in his dance class. Johnny seeks dancing lessons from Nooshy and improves well as a result of Klaus' behavior and his failure to instruct Johnny correctly.

Klaus impersonates Johnny's performance partner Ryan during the performance in an effort to derail Johnny's number, but Johnny defeats Klaus with support from Nooshy, Ryan, and the other dancers. Klaus concedes defeat and bows to Johnny to show him some respect.

Klaus applauds Johnny and Nooshy, the latter now cast as the former's partner, as they approach the stage before the Out of This World performance at The Majestic. He also hands them their respective staffs.

Appearance[]

A white-furred proboscis monkey named Klaus Kickenklober has light red skin. He is dressed in dark blue ballet shoes, dark blue slacks, and a blue beret. He frequently carries a stick, which he uses to reprimand his dancers in front of the class.

Personality[]

Klaus is portrayed as being extremely rigorous, rude, and demanding, pushing his dance pupils to their absolute limits. When teaching Johnny, he would be so rude, harsh, and even abusive that Johnny almost stopped dancing altogether. Because Klaus is so pompous and haughty, he assesses aspiring dancers so brutally that if he believes they are hopeless cases, he will make his judgment painfully plain and is confident they will be unable to refute his judgment.

He displayed his selfish nature by attempting to overshadow Johnny's performance, only for Johnny to get back up and refute Klaus.

In the end, Klaus gained Johnny's respect and cheered him on with his dancing.
