Kouta's Parents are minor characters in Elfen Lied series.
Kouta's Father would meet his tragic alongside Kanae by Lucy due to a misunderstanding leading their deaths traumatizing Kouta. The mother never was seen outside of flashbacks.
Why Aren't They Heroic Nor Villainous?[]
