Leroy Heming is a minor antagonist in Pixar's 18th full-length animated feature film Cars 3.
He is a former Piston Cup racer who competed in the 1950's of the Piston Cup Racing Series and he is Doc Hudson's Rival.
Why isn’t he heroic or villainous?[]
- The worst thing he did is attempting to slam the Hudson Hornet against the wall without causing serious injuries which makes him a jerk, not a villain.

Legacy[]
In 2017 Leroy doesn't make a physical appearance during the film, but Jackson Storm slams Cruz Ramirez into a wall and Cruz flips on him and wins like Doc did with Leroy.
Personality[]
Leroy was rookie but cold-hearted in his debut. He was angry when Doc tried to pass him and he slammed him into a wall in a failed attempt to prevent Doc from winning the race.
