Mama Topolino is a minor character in the 2011 Pixar's 12th full-lenght animated film, Cars 2.
She is a cooker with the best fuel in the village of Carsoli. She is also Luigi's aunt and wife of Uncle Topolino.
She was voiced by Vanessa Redgrave (in the English version) and Sophia Loren (Italian and all other versions).

In the movie, she and her husband were greeting Team Lightning McQueen, when Uncle was talking with McQueen about Mater, Luigi and Guido and their quarell, she went to cooking to Lightning and She translated to English: "Whoever find a friend find a treasure", She is not seen for the rest of the movie.
Family Secret[]
Uncle Topolino also appears in the comic, Family Secret, in which he listens in as Mama Topolino shares a secret recipe with Luigi and his friends.

- Topolino is a tribute to the Fiat 500 "Topolino" as well as a Disney in-joke: Topolino ("little mouse") is Mickey Mouse's name in Italian.
- She is a (fictional) 1951 Bella Machina Model B ("Bella macchina" is Italian for "Beautiful car"), though she bears a Fiat logo only used on 500 "Topolino"s. She also resembles a 1963 Renault Dauphine.
- According to her die-cast, her license plate reads "FI-26 45N1".
- In non-English versions of Cars 2, Mama Topolino is voiced by Sophia Loren.
- Her voice actress Vanessa Redgrave is also the real life wife of Franco Nero, Uncle Topolino's voice actor.
- Mama Topolino shares her voice actress with the Queen of England in the same movie.
