Monster Hunter 4 introduces the rare species of molten tigrex, which are flying wyverns.
Physiology[]
The vivid blood red coloring of molten Tigrex is dotted with dazzling blue claws and spines. Compared to the other two types of Tigrex, it is marginally bigger.
Abilities[]
As it charges, spins, and bites, it can produce tremendous bursts. Furthermore, a target of its attacks may be left with an explosive powder that may eventually detonate. It's interesting to note that this Tigrex species seems to have two different anger modes.
When it is first furious, its head, forelegs, and tail will all have bright red veins, and it will move faster. It will also have access to the destructive stampede attack of the Brute Tigrex. Its eyes will turn red when it begins to use the Brute Tigrex's powerful roar in the second angry condition. Additionally apparent will be veins on the wings, back legs, thorax, and base of the tail. Along with its strikes, it can now employ the lunge spin attack and the super roar in succession to spread clouds of explosive powder.
Behavior[]
Although not much is known about the Molten Tigrex's idle behavior, it is safe to infer that it is extremely hostile and vicious toward anyone who trespasses into its domain.
Habitat[]
Because of the chilly climate and the availability of huge prey nearby, it is only found in the Tower on the Tower Summit.
