Mr. Mikazuki is an is an overreaching antagonist in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead.
Why Isn't He Heroic Nor Villainous?[]
His actions aren't severe enough to qualify him as an Villain as while they are vile due to his limited screen time his actions are too basic to be villainous as he was only abusive to Shizuaka and putting down a puppy she owned after falsely promising he would let her keep it if she fully obeys him, with him only being an very jerkish person and Social Darwinist to his daughter, Gonzô Kosugi's did much worse than him with the same resources as Gonzo put many lives in danger by overworking his workers and endangering people's lives to zombies when he too advantage of the apocalypse, Mr. Mikazuki's actions aren't even considered bog-standard.
Biography[]
In a flashback he ends up abusing Shizuka trying to make her an his successor and didn't care about her wishes or what she want only what he want. When he found out she had a dog named Roo he threaten to get rid of it until she agreed to listen to whatever he says which allow him to let her keep it under that condition. When Roo got sick when she try to help it recover he sent it to be put down which upset her as he said he doesn't believing in helping the weak. His fate is unknown when the zombie outbreak happen due to it being too ambiguous.

He has an harsh and stern personality who believe his daughter should be distracted and believed in survival of the fittest not caring about her mental health or feelings.

He has the appease of a adult male with black hair and brown eyes.

He lacks superhuman abilities though he has some power and connections to colleges though.
