Mr. Penga-Brass is a minor character in Pingu, only appearing in the episode "Pingu Delivers the Mail".

Biography

Not so much is known about his past other than his family member had allowed him to inherit his iceberg.

In Pingu Delivers the Mail. He appears when Pingu's Father gives him a letter regarding some sad news about his relative's death which makes him shed in tears which causes Pingu to get upset, so Father confronts him. He was last seen crying and moaning outside his igloo.

It is unknown what happens to him afterwards, but it's likely that he continues crying.

Appearance

Mr. Penga-Brass is a tall and skinny black penguin with a pointy head, a long red frowning beak, a white chest with a yellow line, and orange feet.

Personality

Not so much is known about his personality, as we don't know much about him, but we do know that he is always so tragic after hearing about his relative's death.

• In the original version of Pingu Delivers the Mail, he has no dialogue, but in the redubbed version, he makes a few moaning noises.
