Nabiki Tendo is a major character in Ranma ½, she is the middle daughter of Soun Tendo, the younger sister of Kasumi and the older sister of Akane.
She was voiced by Minami Takayama in Japanese and Angela Costain in English.
In the 2024 reboot, she was voiced by Stephanie Sheh in English.
Appearance[]
Nabiki is a 17-years-old girl who has white skin, dark-grey eyes and short straight brown hair.
Personality[]
Nabiki is very opportunistic, she usually seeks for a opportunity to take money from others and is very manipulative with them, her more recurring act is taking photos of girl Ranma and sell them to Kuno. She also gained fame of having put other classmates in debt. Nabiki appears disinterested in Ranma and Akane's problems, except to make some jokes. However, she still values her family.
Why She Isn't Heroic or Villainous?[]
- Although she cares for her family she doesn't get involved in any of their moves, and in the few ocassions when she helps them is out of pragmatic and self-serving reasons.
- While she is very greedy, making different kinds of deals with his classmates to earn money even going so far as to put them in debt or being manipulative with them, she doesn't go so far as to be a villain.
