Najarala is a Snake Wyvern introduced in Monster Hunter 4.
Physiology[]
Large orange-yellow plates on Najarala's back and tail accentuate its vibrant green skin, making it a formidable Snake Wyvern. Its short, fully functioning fore- and hindlimbs help it move about on difficult terrain. Its long, serpentine body supports this movement. Along with a tiny set of tusks, Najarala also possesses a huge beak-like mouth like that of a parrot.
Abilities[]
Najarala may dig below the surface and attack gullible foes or victims from below. If an opponent tries to break free from its circular trap strike, its teeth have the ability to immobilize them with a powerful, paralyzing poison. The intense vibrations produced by the plating surrounding Najarala's body can cause the tail plates to shatter into several pieces, and these can be hurled at adversaries with great force. Unless an armor skill is used to guard against them, these shards will always trigger the Stun condition. Its big and lengthy body may also be used to restrict its target, inflicting harm gradually until the victim is able to escape.
Behavior[]
When prey is within reach, this ambush predator, known for its aggression, will strike. Najarala will also attack unaware hunters or prey via ambush, taking advantage of the misty fog in its surroundings.
Habitat[]
The Primal Forest and the Everwood, which are home to a variety of prey species, are where Najarala is most frequently observed.
