Mr. Fulton Greenway is Walter Hobbs's boss, and the main antagonist of the 2003 Christmas comedy film Elf. He was portrayed by the late Michael Lerner. The CEO of children's book publishing company Greenway Press, Greenway is a controlling, uncaring, grumpy, short-tempered, and condescending man feared by his employees, including Walter. He was portrayed by the late Michael Lerner.
