Biography[]
Cars 2[]
Nigel participated in the Radiator Springs Grand Prix as well as the three World Grand Prix events. At the Tokyo welcoming reception, he made his debut with the other World Grand Prix competitors, shocking them all by watching Mater sip from the fountain. Nigel's greatest performance was in the Tokyo race. In the dirt segment, he advanced to fourth place, and at the finish, he finished in fifth. Miguel Camino's pit was on the left, and his pit was at the end of pit row in that particular race. Nigel was running in fourth place behind Carla Veloso in the Porto Corsa event. However, he was forced to withdraw from the race because his motor blew up after being struck by the lemons' electromagnetic pulse generator. He is the sixth vehicle overall to be struck by the pulse, and the second one whose motor detonated due to the lemons during that particular race. He was able to compete in London after receiving repairs, though. Nigel finished the last race in between sixth and eighth place. His pit was situated between Francesco Bernoulli's and Lightning McQueen's.
Trivia[]
- He was named after Locomotive Engineer Sir Nigel Gresley.
