Not Chuck is a minor character from the 2006 Pixar movie, Cars. He was once a member in Lightning McQueen's pit crew.

He initially appears at the Motor Speedway of the South during Lightning McQueen's pit stop. He gives the pit crew the order to replace Lightning's tires. Before he gets out on the track, McQueen tells the team to just give him petrol and rejects obtaining new tires. Not Chuck, on the other hand, yells to him that he needs tires, but McQueen ignores him and as a result, his back tires blow out on the last lap and almost costed him a victory, much to Not Chuck's frustration.
Not Chuck and the pit crew are shown replacing McQueen's tires while he is being interviewed by Kori Turbowitz after McQueen, The King, and Chick Hicks tie for first place. Then he orders Not Chuck to move aside so that a male, colored SUV cameracar may see McQueen's bolt sticker on his TV camera. Chuck quits along with the rest of his squad after growing tired of McQueen's haughty demeanor. "And my name is not Chuck!" was his response as McQueen bid him farewell.
