Bob's favorite animal is a rat named Poochy, who makes an appearance in the movie Minions.

Appearance

Poochy is a rat with a misaligned tooth. Poochy, who resides in a sewer beneath Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, follows Bob about and is frequently carried by him.

Biography

Minions

Following their escape from the dungeon beneath Buckingham Palace, Bob, Stuart, and Kevin are able to use the sewer to reach Westminster Abbey. Bob names a rat he discovers beside the road Poochy. Later, Bob discovers a garland at a funeral, and the Minions choose to apologize to Scarlet Overkill by giving it to her. Bob tells Poochy to follow him when they move, so it chases after him.

Kevin wants to scale a wall once the Minions learn they can't get to Scarlet when they get to Westminster Abbey. Bob sings Auld Lang Syne to it in his sadness at not being able to bring Poochy, but Kevin quickly pulls him away. Afterwards, following Kevin and Scarlet's altercation, the Minions believe that Kevin perished in the explosion. When Stuart discovers that Poochy has appeared, he brings it to Bob to help him relax. Bob is initially happy but soon starts crying for Kevin once more. Kevin really wasn't dead after all, and he returns via parachute with his enormous pants.

Bob always carries Poochy in the story that follows. In the after credit scene, Bob inadvertently drops candy all over the floor, attracting Poochy, who Bob runs after with much enthusiasm.
