Radobaan are a species that appears in the fantasy videogame, Monster Hunter: World.
Why aren’t they heroic or villainous?[]
- They are mainly minding their own business until the hunter comes.
Physiology[]
Uragaan and Radobaan are closely related. Because of this, it shares many physical characteristics with its relative, including a stocky build, a large chin, and brow horns. The most characteristic aspect of Radobaan is the layer of bones that it wears, which is held in place by a viscous material that is released through the skin of the monster and resembles tar. It is usually observed with two enormous Diablos horns on its haunches and a spiny row of vertebrae encircling its large chin. If enough damage is done to particular areas of Radobaan's body, it is easily possible to knock off its bones.
Abilities and Behavior[]
Radobaan can move quickly, transforming into a wheel shape that may be used for both offensive and locomotive maneuvers. Similar to Uragaan, it can utilize its massive chin to incite earthquakes and quakes, and it may release a cloudy sleeping chemical from pores on its bottom to knock out adversaries. Its huge bulk can launch its heavy, jagged bones from its hide in powerful missiles. In battle, its tiny size helps it to move faster than Uragaan, but this also makes it more easily unbalanced while rolling. When it is toppled, its body may be harvested, just as Uragaan.
Generally a docile creature, Radobaan will not confront an idle hunter. However, it will turn hostile, much like other monsters, if you attack it with a weapon or slinger. It may be observed replenishing its armor by picking among the heaps of bones in the Rotten Vale. Like Barroth and Jyuratodus, Radobaan can dig in bone to regrow a fresh coat of amour, even if it was previously completely broken off.
