Reginald "Reggie" Jacobs is a major antagonist of Disney•Pixar's 56th full-length animated feature film Monsters University, the sequel to the 2001 film Monsters, Inc..
He is a three-eyed, dark green creature covered in grass-like hair, sharp jaws, and eyeballs. He is one of Johnny Worthington III's goons and a member of the fraternity Roar Omega Roar.

Throughout the movie, Reggie makes a few brief cameos. The first is when Chet Alexander and Johnny Worthington III greet James P. Sullivan. Later, he makes an appearance during the second party, when the Oozma Kappa members are humiliated by the Roar Omega Roar members. In the end, he loses against Don Carlton in the fear Games finals on the fear simulator. Don's scare scored two points better than his, at 9.5 out of 20, since he stumbled, fell on his back on the bed, and yelled too late.

- In reality, Reggie made his debut during the frightening class during Dean Hardscrabble's "inspirational" address. He appears twice; the first time is at the bottom left of the screen, and the second time is at the center bottom. He is always in the first row.
- He is the only Roar Omega Roar member who is green while the rest are shade of purple.
